Do you use real stone?
YES! We use real natural river stone.  Each stone has natural "flaws" created by mother nature.  Including colors &  pattern variations.   This makes each stone unique; one-of-a-kind. We also use granite, slate and glass for your unique item.




Can I select the color or shape of my stone?
Unfortunately, you can not select the color or shape of your stone.  Since, we use natural river stone, the shapes and colors are random. No two river stones are alike. Therefore, we can not guarantee a specific color or shape of stone.



Can you help me design my stone?
Yes! Email us the text and any requests to roxanne_book@yahoo.comand we'll custom design you a stone for FREE.



How do I pay for my order?
We securely acceptPaypal. In addition, we will also accept order payments via U.S. mail in the form of a check or money order.



How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship from our location within 2 weeks. Depending on the workload, orders may take a few extra days to ship. It will be worth the wait. The actual shipping time will vary based on your location. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Rush service is also available at an additional cost.



How will my order ship?
We ship most orders via USPS. You will receive an shipment confirmation email the day your order ships.



Do you offer a volume discount?

What is your return policy?
 It is our goal to satisfy each and every one of our customers.  If a  mistake is made on our part, we will engrave a replacement stone or provide full refund.  This will not require the return of a stone.
